UX Intern, Skills

Santa Clara, CA Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Learn about writing for digital products
  
• Write using Chegg's voice and tone
  
• Design content for desktop, mweb, and native, including microcopy, interaction flows, error messages, notifications, and in-product messaging
  
• Contribute to our content writing guidelines
  
• Develop processes to show the value of content design
  
• Document and share processes, workflow, feedback history, and decisions
  
• Present your work at design reviews
  
• Receive feedback from content designers, designers, product managers, and others
  

Experience:

• Strong writing skills
  
• An interest in product design
  
• Experience writing for different audiences
  
• A love of presenting and storytelling
  
• Empathy, a sense of humor, and a point of view on the Oxford comma
