Position Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of Fashion Marketplace digital campaigns and events. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on total strategy across all fashion channels, ensure marketplace fashion is represented effectively, create processes to streamline preparation for the team, and manage the execution of all event operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, creative, site merchandising and Marketplace team to align on strategy, representation, and process
  • Ensure that Fashion Marketplace is well represented in all digital campaigns and events
  • Advocate on behalf of Customer to ensure we deliver the best assortment at a competitive price.
  • Create and implement processes and workflows to streamline preparation and execution, including timelines, checklists, and communication plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data driven decision to pivot in-event strategy and provide post-event analysis to determine opportunities.

Flash Deals

  • Develop a robust strategy to bring
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis of program to understand strengths and areas of opportunity. Report to team on a weekly basis progress towards goals and CTAs
  • Meet with Flash Deals team bi-weekly to review upcoming placements, negotiate additional visibility, voice pain points team is having, pitch opportunities or visibility or product updates.

MP Spotlights:

  • Provide team with ideas and metrics on past event performance to guide upcoming event pitches
  • Attend L1 QSPs, consolidate and review spotlight intakes, pressure test forecasts, meet with stakeholders to prioritize and roadmap
  • Create email template for reporting on spotlights, work with site team to solution in-event opportunities based on performance.

Omni (x-site) campaigns

  • Maintain a clear calendar and ensure effective communication of deadlines to the team, attend bi-weekly execution meetings
  • Be a strong voice and representation of marketplace.

  • Clearly articulate process pain points to stakeholders, and implement necessary adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.

Marque Campaigns (Large Savings activations, Holiday)

  • Participate in cross-functional planning meetings, create action-based process on event details and criteria outlined by enterprise, work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure MP fashion representation in marketing, editorial, understand and communicate site strategy to SAM team

  • Managing Marquee Events and Deals- Collaborate across organization to drive exceptional results during Marquee events.
  • Influencing - effectively tell stories through financials and project plans that focus on driving the best possible outcome for the seller and customer.

  • Helping build the WMT MP experience for Sellers and Customers - Scope, launch, and scale Marketplace Strategic Initiatives to help Marketplace become a one-stop-shop for our Sellers and Customers
  • Culture Champion - help drive and foster the culture of the Fashion Strategic Initiatives team by being a team player, showing up the right way, every day, and having fun on the daily
  • Developing Talent - Manage, coach, and train a team of high-performing associates in development and execution of strategic initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
