Location: St. Paul, Minnesota | Canton, Massachusetts (Hybrid). This is a 2 (two) year Fixed Term Contract, with benefits.

This is a hybrid position primarily based in St. Paul or Canton. As our Treasury Operations Analyst - Middle Office, you will become an expert in producing weekly and monthly reports for internal distribution. You will interact with various banking partners to ensure accounts are set up properly, assist with bank documentation, and monitor banking transactions to ensure they are completed successfully. You will also perform research and interact with internal Business units and banks to assist with questions and issue resolution.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete new bank set ups including documentation, KYC, and connectivity
  • Assist in the preparation of bank documentation for opening and closing bank accounts
  • Validate cash investment as directed by Front Office. Ensure in line with policy and exposure limit
  • Perform reporting - giveback calculation, bank expenses, fee reporting
  • Assist in perform security administrative functions on Treasury Management System and banking platforms
  • Work on Audit and Regulatory requests
  • Work with multiple mainframe systems, company applications, bank applications, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent Excel skills are needed for very large and complex spreadsheets
  • Heavy focus on money market fund trading and FX currency payments

Other key skills required for the role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in an office environment a plus
  • Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Database software knowledge is recommended
  • Treasury Management System experience is preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Previous customer service or client interaction strongly preferred
