Responsible for :

  • Cash Management - centralization of cash
    • Cash sweeping structure Management: Review of existing structure, propose scheme update and settle
    • Cash Positions monitoring and cash repatriation acceleration. Follow local cash constraints or regulation impacting convertibility and transferability of currencies.
    • Act as second level of escalation to identify and settle workarounds.
  • Working Capital Management
    • Follow up KPIs and actions plan to optimize group working capital
    • Attention points follow up - regulation of payment terms for specific countries or sectors
  • Bank Relationships and Banking Landscape
    • Align and rationalize banking landscape with Group Policy
    • Enforce Headquarter policy and guidelines regarding cash-flow allocation and bank account management
    • Monitoring and reducing bank charges:
    • Bank Guarantee Management:Coordinate issuances with applicants and selected issuers according to Group policy.

    Skills, knowledge, and abilities required:
    • Postgraduate degree (+5 years) in finance and/or business with significant financial skills.
    • 4 years' experience in treasury department of a global organization and/or in a banking institution.
    • Bilingual English
    • Recommended Spanish and/or Portuguese.
    • Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Microsoft Excel
