Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Tool Room Attendant to work at our project in Baytown at Exxon BOP

Must be familiar with tools and consumables. Inspect tools and equipment for defects. Ability to track and order consumables, tools and to maintain a log of distribution for tools and consumables.

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship form Wood is required.

Skills / Qualifications

• Assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style and color
• Operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves.
• Records materials items received or distributed.
• Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performs other duties as required
• Perform routine housekeeping task to maintain work area
• Use effective verbal and written communication
