The Talent Acquisition Partner is here to make the entire hiring experience a pleasure for candidates and employees alike. Our Talent Acquisition team is passionate about finding the best talent to assist with the recruiting process of our rapidly growing workforce. Along with the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will build end-to-end recruiting initiatives to attract and retain the best and brightest people in our industry. You will have the opportunity to increase your HR experience by helping with strategic, meaningful projects across the People Team.

What you'll be doing:

What will you do?

Recruit

  • Define and execute the best candidate attraction strategiesto drive top talent to Waystar

  • Be a subject matter expert in your area of recruitment through knowledge of market data and a strong understanding ofourbusiness

Lead and Consult

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop creative, comprehensive recruiting strategies
  • Work directly with leadership to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Be an advisor to hiring managers, leadership on trends and changes in the marketplace

Innovate

  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption
  • Think differently and challenge the status quo

Project Manage

  • Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team

  • Lead strategic programs that change outcomes for Waystar's talent

What we're looking for:

Do you fit our team?
  • Must be a team player and excited to jump in and help at any time
  • Experienced in professional level full cycle recruiting
  • History of building trusting relationships
  • Effectively leverages resources to create exceptional outcomes, embrace change, and resolve barriers and constraints
  • Experience utilizingan ATSto maintain and engage active and passive candidate pools

  • Workday HRIS experience is preferred

  • Self-motivatedto take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • Results oriented with outstandingtime-management and problem-solvingskills
  • Knowledgeable with employmentbranding/marketingmethods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
