BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Support Analyst 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA

Position Title: Support Analyst 3

Location: Redmond WA, Fully Remote
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)
Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience with Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Monitor and track to resolution.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Azure Devops and services.

Job Description:

• Performs highest level of technical support and consulting to other support and systems analysts by solving highly complex support problems.
• Executes procedures to accomplish business goals. Coordinates and manages acceptance of new releases into production.
• May delegate assignments to other analysts on production systems and develop and maintain information for knowledge base.
• May manage some projects independently.
• May perform highest level of analysis and be required to ensure appropriate implementation of methodology.
