Bi-Lingual Staff Assistant

Worcester Eisenbrandt's, a historic preservation construction company, is looking for a Bi-lingual Staff Assistant for its Human Resources department. Most be proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish languages.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to assist applicants and employees, provide administrative support, strong office organizing support, expert Microsoft suite skills, and social media experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

Position Summary:

• Prepare on boarding paperwork.
• Translate information to employees and applicants.
• Answer employee inquiries.
• Update internal databases.
• Prepare trainings, event planning and preparation.
• Employee records maintenance and filing.
• Distribute company materials through email and deliver at times to the job site.
• Update applicant and review resumes on line.
• Sit in on job interviews to translate.
• Make job site posters.
• Update job postings on Social Media
• Assist in recruitment.

• Proven work experience as a staff assist or administrative assist
• Excellent Word and Excel experience
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong verbal, translation and written skills in English and Spanish,
• Familiarity with office protocol.
• Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources.
• A combination of experience and education to meet the Bachelor's Degree level.
