SUMMARY:

The Senior Supervisor position will oversee the cash disbursements and corporate purchasing card teams in the day-to-day operations and activities of cash disbursements, PCard administration, and PCard audits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and reconciliation of manual and systematic payment runs and electronic payment files to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. This includes working with IT and banking representatives to determine a root cause and find the best solution when there are exceptions.
• Play a key role in facilitating audits and collaborates closely with cross functional teams such as tax and treasury.
• Provides customer service for internal and external partners for cash disbursements and purchasing card inquiries. This includes performing necessary research to solve issues or identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate returned payment information and documentation required for unclaimed property.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: bachelor's degree or on the job experience in a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of cash disbursements preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writing communication.

Special Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional partners and leaders.
