Primary Purpose:Cypress College is reopening a coffeeshop space on campus and we are looking for a manager to establish our site, prepare permitting applications and licensure for the operation of the coffeeshop, hire and train baristas, launch an opening, and organize daily operations and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Job Description:The successful manager of the coffeeshop will be an energetic, organized, visionary individual with previous coffeeshop experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities for this position include:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Management experience of a coffee shop or related field.
Experience working in a coffee shop or related field.
Flexible schedule availability.
