Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience Preferred
- Excellent attendance
- Must follow all Mohawk safety rules and policies.
- Maintain an orderly work environment
- Must be able to communicate well with others
Job Tasks:
- Ability to sew on carpet in a timely manner in order to keep re-shear area supplied with carpet
- Verify roll information matches schedule
- Scan Roll ticket into the system and write roll numbers on paper
- Properly align carpet on sew on rail
- Trim minimum amount of carpet to achieve straight edge
- Monitor carpet for defects
- Keep j box filled with carpet
- Respond quickly to equipment or process issues
