CAI is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a client of ours.This is an onsite opportunity. Our client is based in Long Beach, CA.

This position requires in-depth knowledge supporting desktop applications in a Windows 10/11 environment. In addition, position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and deployment technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and work Service Desk tickets to final resolution.
  • On-site network troubleshooting
  • Maintain and upgrade equipment hardware and software.
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Printer and Copier service desk support
  • Basic Android and iOS mobile device support and deployment.
  • Conference room Audio / Video setup and support.


Education and Experience:
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Create and work Service Desk tickets to final resolution.
  • On-site network troubleshooting

Desired Education and Experience:
  • Professional Computer Software and/or Hardware certifications are a plus.

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Good Communicator
  • Sense of Ownership
  • Takes initiative.
  • Able to work closely with others in a team environment.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, viewing of monitors and moderate noise levels. Work is currently performed on site. Applicants will be reviewed continuously, and Information Management has the right to select any consultant prior to the due date. If the Information Management Division wishes to convert this contract resource to a permanent employee after six months, there should be no expectation of a conversion fee.
