We are seeking a dedicated Senior Tax Administrator, reporting to the Director. Responsible for the data entry and filing of tax appeals while also training and supporting the tax administrators. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train Tax administrators

• Manages escalated issues related to tax and assessment processing

• Back-up during busy season for tax administrators

• State or jurisdiction expertise-trains, documents and shares knowledge on unique processes related to those jurisdictions

• Enter all appeal related information into database

• Pull assessment data to send to consultants

• Work with consultants to identify appeals to file

• Prepares appeal documents including agent authorization signature and opinion of value

• Prepare appeal reports for clients

• Gather information for appeals from clients

• File appeals before deadline

Key Qualifications:

• Secondary School Diploma or College Diploma required

• Minimum 3+ year of relevant experience required

• Data Entry experience required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills including written word
