Senior Solutions Architect - Data Center *Job Title:* Senior Pre-sales Solutions Architect - Data Center

A leading advanced technology Solutions Provider is in rapid growth mode and seeking experienced Solutions Architects specialized in Data Center & Cloud technologies. Seeking proven professionals who can work with account teams to develop and close opportunities and drive revenue!

---This is a full time Regional position covering commercial and enterprise customers in the region. Must be local to the area and can work remotely when not in front of customers.
What You Will Be Doing - Perform as the Pre Sales Solutions Architect while also being the subject matter expert in Data Center & Cloud Solutions
- Provide technical support and consultation to account executives using your expertise of data center solutions
- Identify new opportunities within Data Center environment
- Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects
- Communicate with customers regarding NetApp, Cisco and VMWare technologies among others
- Assist in driving overall revenue and increase profitability
- Align the business needs of customers and prospects to a technical solution and presenting the solution the customer in terms of business benefits
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of pre-sales experience focused in Data Center & Cloud Solutions
- Experience and active certifications in Cisco, VMware, NetApp, VMware, Dell/EMC and other relevant Data Center technologies
- Strong Virtualization expertise in VMware and / or Citrix solutions is preferred
- Experience in other technologies areas such as SAN, Backup Recovery, Switch, Security technologies and VDI is a plus
- Proven experience of successful solution selling
- Proven presentation and sales skills
- Excellent communication, documentation and customer facing skills
