What you'll do

  • You will report to Director Service Management to contribute towards client management and governance of Managed customers.
  • You will assume daily operational responsibility for Incident Management (Major), Problem Management, Release Management, Change Management and Service Relationship Management (and their governance thereof)
  • Manage important relationships across technical teams and the customer to provide a service-centric culture.
  • You will oversee all corresponding processes and governance performed by the function, ensuring that they are delivered following business need, minimum standards and supplier obligations.
  • You will build, develop and lead the Service Management support & operations teams including succession planning and coaching
  • You will setup of OLAs and supplier Service level agreements and reporting of KPI's

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 10 years of operations/support management
  • Experience managing a product within a large implementation/software transformation or operations outsourcing program.
  • 6 years people management experience in a global environment or role.
  • Experience telecommunications OSS/BSS operations
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators and multiple vendors essential.
