Job Title: Senior Sales Training Manager, Immunology

Location: Remote US

Job Description

The Sales Training Manager establishes, implements, and directs all internal Sales, Sales Management and Home Office Management training programs to ensure maximum organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and implement all Basic Training, New Hire Training, Advanced Training, and Train the Trainer classes across all divisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Field Sales, Sales Management, Trade, Human Resources, Marketing and Medical to provide balanced and integrated sales training programs.
  • Ensure current and effective training programs for sales representatives by remaining informed of new training methods, techniques of competitors, and pending introduction of new company products.
  • Coach, prepare evaluations, and deliver feedback at the conclusion of training classes.
  • Coach and prepare Trainers and/or Regional Sales Managers that assist during training classes.
  • Assist with the development of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
  • Assist with the development, training, and evaluation of new hire onboarding developmental plans.
  • Organize and manage new hire training.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical to develop and implement P.O.A. materials, messaging and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to conduct field rides for the purpose of developing Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and lead Virtual and Instructor led training (VILT/ILT) in multiple digital platforms
  • Work with external vendors to identify and implement new technologies within the training environment
  • Create, manage, and assign learning curriculum in the LMS environment
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Five or more years of previous Sales Training Manager, Corporate Training Manager, or related experience within a corporate environment required
  • Pharma or medical device industry experience required.
  • Previous pharma or medical device sales experience required (i.e. Sales Rep, Territory Manager, etc.)
  • Galderma-specific experience may be considered in lieu of related experience
  • Previous pharma or medical device sales experience required (i.e. Sales Rep, Territory Manager, etc.)
  • Strong record of documented success; such as (but not limited to) career progression, performance reviews, and/or increased responsibilities
  • Must be proficient in MS Office; especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with sales tracking and reporting software
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent presentation platform skills
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities (i.e. team lead, project lead, and/or people management)
  • Ability to demonstrate high level of Passion for Purpose, Accountability, Collaboration, and External Focus
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
