We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Syracuse, NY. With at least 10 years of professional experience, this role will provide you the opportunity to lead multi-discipline teams in planning, design and construction of water infrastructure and/or treatment facilities.

Working with an energetic and hard-working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Lead project teams in the evaluation, design and construction of water infrastructure and treatment projects.
  • Direct preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and design for projects
  • Preparing proposals and assisting in sales and marketing will also be a major part of this role plus liaising with clients, building client relationships and obtaining new business where possible.
  • Promote effective teamwork through mentoring and training.
  • Participate in professional societies.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules.
  • Interact with clients and outside consultants.
  • Assist in leading the continued growth and development of our Northeast water practice
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Registered NYS Professional Engineer is required
  • 10-15+ years of municipal water experience including experience in the State of New York
  • Water and wastewater treatment plant design
