The Sr Manager - Operations (Last Mile) is responsible for leading initiatives to support Walmart's last mile trip planning and execution. This exciting opportunity will lead to strategic programs to improve Cost per delivery, increase batch density and utilize analytics to monitor current and new program success. This leader will partner closely with store operations, last mile delivery business, data science, product and technology teams.

• You possess the ability to assume end-to-end ownership and autonomously lead cross-functional partners in executing strategic, high-visibility projects.
  
• Thrive while balancing multiple workstreams and priorities under pressure and can also have FUN at work.
  
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at the level of detail depending on the audience.
  
• You have experience in Last Mile operations, particularly related to trip planning and execution
  
• You can leverage analytics to make decisions, influence partners, and move the business forward
  
• You have a strong track record of delivering operations program through diligent project management
  
• You have worked with product and tech organizations on behalf of operations to ensure the product meets the desired intent and need of the business
  
• You understand how to scale systems and operations for annual high-volume events
  
• Develop ad-hoc reports by leveraging SQL and tableau dashboards

• Improving the Last Mile cost, quality, and experience metrics through improved trip planning
  
• Prioritizing, influencing and deploying improvements in technology for Last Mile Trip Planning and config management
  
• Thinking strategically about the future of Trip planning to incorporate Walmart strategic programs at lowest cost and best experience
  
• Seamlessly plan, prepare and execute Last Mile Trip planning for Walmart Annual Events

Minimum Qualifications...
