Summary of Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional lead and contribute to the Market to Contract workstream of an end-to-end greenfield MS D365 Implementation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Solution Lead throughout the project lifecycle to provide expert guidance on both functional and technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
• Evaluate new System functionality and suggest system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and streamline processes to help the business achieve its objectives leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Analyze the operations processes so that the area of improvement can be identified and planned for to be automated.
• As a subject matter expert, you'll conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms to address business requirements.
• Coordinate and provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the D365 system.
• Understanding business requirements and designing and formulating a plan throughout the project journey.
• Lead the Design, Build, Test and Deploy phase to ensure alignment with the architecture and successful go-live/implementation.
• Maintain regular communication with internal IT teams and business teams to provide advisory support and address any design challenges.
• Build relationships with business team and become a trusted advisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as functional SME (Dynamics architect preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft D365 full lifecycle implementations.
• 3+ years of experience using X++ to implement extended Dynamics features and enhancements required.
• Experience with multiple systems integration include ERP, PLM, CLM, etc.
• Experience working in an Azure environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically Hi-Tech / Semiconductor manufacturing, is a plus.
• Functional expertise rather than technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.

Expected Salary Range
$98,200.00 - $187,100.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
