This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Financial Analyst - Spare Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to improve cost efficiency spanning spare parts consumption, logistics, warehouse space as well as other operational cost.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination of Financial Planning and Forecasting activities across diverse functions, including CSML (Customer Service Managed Logistics) and SLM (Service Lifecycle Management), and Customer Service Finance team, fostering collaboration and delivering invaluable insights to steer well-informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a pivotal voice for Customer Service Function within the Global Asset Management Program, actively working to optimize spare parts inventory management both at headquarters and in local country warehouses.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration by meticulously defining roles and responsibilities, while streamlining business processes pertaining to spare parts management to ensure operational excellence.
  • Champion cost-saving initiatives through data-driven analysis and compelling business cases, uncover actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BS/BA in Finance, Business Management, or a related degree
  • 8-10 years' work experience in finance/controlling or related field
  • Some domestic travel may be required < 10%

The pay range for this position is $99,100 - $148,600 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
