Senior Accountant - Financial Services

Join Our Dynamic Team in Downtown Cleveland! (HYBRID ROLE)

Position Overview: As a Senior Accountant, reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily cash activity and manage quarterly invoicing.
• Collaborate on fundings, realizations, and deal-related activities.
• Calculate management fees, carried interest, and fund performance.
• Prepare quarterly reports and assist in annual GAAP financial statements.
• Maintain the investor relations portal and ensure account reconciliations.
• Assist in budget monitoring and provide variance analysis.
• Work with external partners and support tax preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2-8 years of public/private accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting skills, and attention to detail.
• Team player with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exposure to QuickBooks is a plus
