About this role:
Join us as a CyberArk DevSecOps Summer Intern as we pursue excellence in the field of DevSecOps. The CyberArk Summer Intern program runs for a minimum of 10 weeks starting in late May or early June 2024. Applicants should be able to participate full-time (40hrs/wk) during this period. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitor the CyberArk Technical Community for DevSecOps-specific questions to ensure questions are answered or escalated to the appropriate team.
- Monitor CyberArk-maintained GitHub projects for issues that are raised and engage appropriate teams when necessary.
- Monitor pull requests submitted to CyberArk-maintained GitHub repositories and engage appropriate teams as necessary.
- Draft run-book templates while shadowing customer engagements for Conjur Enterprise, Conjur Cloud, and SecretsHub.
What you will do:
- Ensure DevSecOps-specific inquiries posted on the CyberArk Technical Community are addressed.
- Monitor issues reported on CyberArk-maintained GitHub repositories and escalate as necessary.
- Monitor pull requests submitted to CyberArk-maintained GitHub repositories and escalate as necessary.
- Develop operational run-book templates while observing customer interactions for Conjur Enterprise, Conjur Cloud, and SecretsHub.
