Baer is looking for SAP Training Support Consultant for a 4-month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP Training Support Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 4 month
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise training courses using Enable Now software.
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to enhance course content and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Prepare training catalogs and various student materials such as course manuals, workbooks, and handouts.
• Conduct formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars for personnel.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classroom setup, courseware, and instructor readiness.
• Prepare internal faculty members to effectively conduct training sessions.
• Provide input to the Project Lead and Contractor Program Manager on training validation and modification decisions.
• Maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and stay updated on SAP systems and training methodologies.
• Prepare reports and monitor training tasks to support the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and government sponsor(s).
• Utilize standard training standards and software/hardware programs for modeling, simulation, and prototyping efforts.
• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses.
• Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepare student materials, including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Prepare reports and monitor training tasks to support the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and government sponsor(s).
• Provide input to the Project Lead and Contractor Program Manager on training validation and modification decisions.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly for SAP systems.
• Familiarity with Enable Now software or similar training development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
• Certification in SAP or relevant training methodologies preferred.

Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a form.
