RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join their growing team in Plano, TX. In this role, the Salesforce Developer will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Einstein to streamline our customer support operations.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand customer support needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations and automations
  • Leverage Salesforce Einstein features, including Einstein Co-Pilot, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our support engineers
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to automate manual tasks and enhance the customer experience
  • Integrate Salesforce data with external systems using Mulesoft (experience a plus)
  • Utilize Salesforce tools like Jira for project management and defect tracking
  • Continuously learn and explore new features and functionalities within the Salesforce and Einstein ecosystems
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a collaborative development environment


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Salesforce Certified Professional or equivalent a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein concepts and a strong desire to learn and implement them
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Mulesoft (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization
  • Prior experience with Einstein Co-Pilot development


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
