A Restaurant Shift Leader is a first-level supervisor/manager in our restaurants.

The Shift Lead contributes to company's success by having a "team leader" hands-on involvement in the day-to-day restaurant operations. The Shift Lead effectively leads a shift while ensuring restaurant operational excellence. The Shift Lead may be responsible for the opening or closing procedures of the restaurant in coordination with or in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

CPFM - Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
