Our client, a successful private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Executive Assistant. The person in this role must have a great attitude, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and be excited to be the face of the firm! Duties will include answering and screening telephone calls, ordering lunches for meetings, drafting correspondence, meeting and greeting guests, ordering office supplies, communicating with vendors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. Will also support a team of analysts coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, reconciling expenses, and preparing meeting materials. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS and 1-3+ years of administrative experience. Base salary is up to $85K with paid overtime, discretionary bonus, generous PTO, and 100% paid medical benefits.
