Location: Union, NJ Salary: 120000-130000 Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager - Aerospace/Aircraft
Education Required: College graduate with degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience. Further training in business is helpful.
Experience Required: Minimum seven years for degree, ten years for non-degreed individual within the Quality Assurance, Control areas. Knowledge of both, Commercial Aircraft and Aerospace regulations and procedures.
Plan, direct, manage and coordinate quality and reliability requirements throughout the Company.
Has direct responsibility exercised through subordinates, for inspection and quality control functions and the audit of other Departments by Quality Assurance.
Reports the status, adequacy and results of the quality functions to the Q. A. Director.
Has authority to limit or stop work.
Plan, direct, manage and coordinate quality assurance and control engineering functions to insure product reliability, conformance to engineering and customer specifications, etc.
