Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager - Freight for an 8 - 12 month + contract.

Alpharetta, GA or Orlando, FL - Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office

Candidates MUST have experience working with CASS

Project Manager role focused on enhancing data transparency for freight payment data (i.e. transport modes - air, sea, and ground): We are looking for a person who can sort and clean data, create and upload to a tool (Power BI, Tableau, ect) so that commodity managers can take action and drive the business accordingly.

Project Manager (Freight Data Transparency)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8 employees.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Identify sources related to freight payment data

1. Data quality and structure

2. Data transfer

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including milestones and deliverables.

• Implement strategies to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and visibility.

• Oversee data collection, validation, and integration efforts.

• Work closely with IT teams/ relevant resources to enhance data systems and reporting tools.

• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and address any roadblocks.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

• Regularly communicate project updates to senior management (steering committee).

Qualifications:

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing complex projects.

• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret and analyze data.
