RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Project Manager. Please note, this role is more on the functional side supporting technical teams. You will need to speak both languages to deliver top of the line technical projects that can translate into critical marketing collateral.Key Tasks:- Project Manager will determine and define scope, responsibilities and manage budget and direct resources
- Maintain a project schedule and track progress against key deliverables and milestones
- As a Project Manager, you will communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Set deadlines, control scope, guide the project team and celebrate your wins
- Moderate and lead calls
- Keep proper status and documentation on PM tools
- Identify risks and escalate to management as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- PMP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project management best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Project Management tools - MS Office (Project, Visio, PPT, Excel), Monday.com(nice-have)
- Creative problem solver
- Strong, demonstratable organization and communication skills
- Have worked on large projects with diverse teams
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and projects concurrently
- Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
