What You Will Be Doing - Supervise assigned project manager and project engineer team members; responsible for the development and mentoring of all respective team members.
- Manage client partnerships.
- Focus on client retention and regularly communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and strengthen relationships to help expand the business.
- Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and project teams as assigned and be ultimately accountable for project success.
- Have a strong understanding of all project management levels.
- Represent company with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors in a courteous and professional way.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
- Actively participate in company-wide initiatives to further key company goals.
What You Need for this Position - 8-10+ years of project management experience
- Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws
- LEED Accreditation preferred
- Demonstrated technical competencies in: Microsoft Office, Sage Estimating Software, and Viewpoint Software
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving and effective decision-making
- Results-oriented management style
- Operates at all times according to safety standards
