Job Title: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with nationwide installers via phone during projects, tracking installations and organizing deliverables.
• Manage field installers, handle escalations, and provide support to project teams and field crews.
• Monitor project progress, develop training materials, manage documentation, and assist with pre-installation calls.
• Support team members, handle client service tasks, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of office environment experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft product suites, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (with occasional availability during peak project periods).
• Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week) in Shakopee, MN
• Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience level.
