BCforward is seeking a Program Manager V to work remotely in Austin Texas.
Position Title: Program Manager V
Start Date: 5/15/2024 - 5/14/2024
Length of Contract: 12 months
Location: US - TX - Remote

Role Mandate:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.

The product is the companys priority - there are lots of visibility and traction, which is exciting! There are weekly one-on-ones and the working teams have weekly meetings. The team is very collaborative and supportive of one another!
Typical Day-to-Day:
The program manager will be supporting two buckets of work:
Meta Verified product operations - overseeing teams execution of payment customer support for Meta Verified
Supply and demand & tooling programs - support operationalization of our teams agent and tooling strategies
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
Confer with management, and XFN to discuss project specifications and procedures
Prepare and deliver status briefings to team leadership
Coordinate end to end launch readiness with project team
Performance Measurement:
Performance will be measured on tracking deliverables, hitting milestones, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders / leadership, communicating priorities upwards and downwards, and adding value by helping to strategize support strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
Project / program management experience - looking for someone senior
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google suite
Nice-to-Have Skills:
PMI or PMP certification preferred
Experience in customer support and/or payments ecosystem
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
