Minimum Hiring Annual Salary:$57,030.00Maximum Hiring Annual Salary:$59,881.50To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:
  • 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year.Included with Aims Full-time Employment is a generous package of Benefits, most are listed below:

The Corporate Solutions Program Manager (PM) develops positive long-term relationships with business and industry representatives that leads to the development of corporate contracts and CFEI grants. The PM supports and strengthens relationships with business and industry to address workforce needs and assists with talent supply and demand. The PM will provide leadership to industry sector partnerships "clusters" and lead in creating workforce solutions for business and industry that provide significant contribution margin to the Corporate Solutions unit. The position works closely with marketing, outreach partners, college colleagues, community liaisons and the Corporate Solutions Executive Director to organize and execute outreach and sales strategies. This position negotiates, writes, and manages customized proposals including managing client relationships and communications. Collaborates with Corporate Solutions colleagues to recruit subject matter experts as trainers, support and ensure the highest quality program delivery and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Executive Director on outreach and sales plans.
  • Operationalize these plans to meet the needs of NOCO workforce and economic development.
  • Meet sales and relationship development targets.

Proposal Development & Support:

  • Negotiate and develop proposals for corporate training.
  • Collaborate on the execution and customer service aspects of delivering these trainings.
  • Gathers information for additional funding opportunities to support Corporate solutions and programming.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with economic development entities, chamber organizations and other workforce development agencies to ensure alignment and execution of collaborative workforce strategies.
  • Develop and manage a database of employers and/or industry representatives and maintain regular communication through appropriate channels.

Strategy Development:

  • Gathers labor market information, talent demand and skills requirements and translating data into meaningful information to create workforce development strategies.
  • Prioritizing segments of the NOCO economic landscape for development

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus two (2) years of relevant experience in sales, project management, adult education, or customer success services or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • This position requires the use of a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.
  • Superior organizational and analytic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to represent the College in public
  • Strong skills in program and curriculum development
  • Microsoft Office/computer skills
  • Knowledge of ethics and confidentiality issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three (3) years in sales, corporate solutions/customized training, and continuing education in a higher education setting or other highly complex institution
  • Previous CRM experience
