NAM Sales Education, Program Manager & Administrator

Position Overview:

The Program Manager & Administrator will report to the Senior Director, Sales Education.

This role will support our NAM Sales Education team in the administrative, training, learning technology, project and change management functions crucial to the success of our NAM commercial stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as Program Manager for New Employee Orientation, including oversight and scheduling of SME's, Trainers, and facilitation of select modules
  • Support logistics of and act as point of contact for special and/or custom Sales Education programs and workshops from project inception through completion
  • Manage LMS for course creation, content creation, and analytics.
  • Administrator function for Allego for user management and content maintenance/curation.
  • OneSRM Shopper for team for PO requests and catalog orders.
  • FieldGlass admin for contract worker onboarding.
  • SHARP Admin Level 2 for ticket resolution and update compliance.
  • Manage Shareville Training Environment requests for new hires.
  • Administrative support for securing space for training, purchasing supplies needed for training and any catering needs required for corporate and training events
  • Collaborate with the training team/instructional designer to assign impactful pre-work, trainings and assessments for new hire and legacy sales employees.
  • Leverage your expertise as a Level 2 SABA Administrator to open and close product and skills courses.
  • Create curriculum content strategies to maximize usage of platforms and drive adoption (e.g., for Allego, Learning Experience Platform, etc.)
  • Periodically reassess existing courses to ensure content is up to date, relevant and effective.
  • Leverage organizational change management principles and communication skills to drive the deployment, execution and adoption of sustainable learning solutions
  • Assign post training course surveys with learners to ensure training is effectively meeting business needs.
  • Administrative support to schedule training programs.
  • Ensure accurate attendance and completion learning records for all courses.
  • Measure and analyze platform/transformation/adoption data and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making and evolving learning content strategies
Ideal Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years administrative support experience
  • 8 - 10 years' Training/sales enablement/learning technology experience
  • Successful LMS or other learning technology platform and sales tools rollout and change management experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and being accountable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues
  • This is a hybrid role reporting into Malvern, PA.
