Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in the Greater Omaha area to find a Production Supervisor for their 1st shift operations team. Great pay, benefits, and plenty of growth potential!

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple production lines and all team members on the lines to ensure food safety and employee safety is met
- Enforce all plant rules and external policies/ procedures
- Partner with all Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Production departments and keep in constant communication throughout the shift
- Be an advocate for continuous improvements projects and look for ways to improve the process
- Responsible for training of all team members along with partnering with HR on counseling and performance reviews of team members
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2+ years of food manufacturing supervision experience
