Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from conception to delivery for digital products and experiences.
• Independently handle all aspects of design, serving as the sole designer on assigned projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
