Payroll Supervisor

My client, fast growing private equity backed organization, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join the team. In this rol you will report to the Payroll Manager and work alongside 3 specialists. You will process a payroll a multi-state payroll for 3500 employees among the team using ADP WorkForce Now, which is required for this position. This role will partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure the paryoll is seamless. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you will interface with external payroll and tax vendors as well as all employees. A minimum of 4+ years of progresseive experience in payroll operations managmeent is required as well as strong ornaiztion time amangemkt skills and interpersonal skills. A BS in Financce, Accounting, Human Resource or something related is reuired.
