Partnership and Growth Associate

Our client, an NYC-based non-profit organization, is seeking a Partnership and Growth Associate to join their team. The hours are 8:30am/9am-5:30pm/6pm (need flex) and this role is fully remote (in person team meeting once every two months).

Responsibilities:

• Manage long-term relationships with partner companies and support the growth of the Leadership Council through new partner pipeline
• Manage a portfolio of up to eight active corporate partners
• Keep records of meetings and interactions with partners via Salesforce
• Support the development and implementation of growth strategy to increase Leadership Council revenues
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct market research to stay informed about the competition and find innovative ways to retain customers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management/Sales, open to fundraising background
• Strong commitment to disability inclusion and advancement
• Goals and metric motivated professional; Salesforce experience a plus
• Willing to travel to NYC for in-person meetings every two months

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $72K base depending on experience + bonus
• 3 medical plans: $100 for employee only for basic plan (company will pay 75% of the costs)
• 12 paid holidays, 20 days PTO
• Summer Fridays (between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
• 401K with match up to 5%
