We are seeking a Partner Solutions Manager who can collaborate closely with the Health Partnerships team under Meta's Community and Impact Partnerships team. This role will support Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) in driving partner performance, delivering recommendations, working cross functionally with operational teams to ensure high quality support on partner escalation.The candidate will have experience in client success, building relationships, managing expectations, and using data-backed insights to advocate for partner needs. The ideal candidate will also have experience in online operations and incident response to escalate partner issues.

<ul><li>Proactively analyze data to identify opportunities, recommend best practice, and deliver insights to drive partner performance</li><li>Support Health nonprofits and liaise with Strategic Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that partners have the best possible experience on the platform</li><li>Regularly review partner escalations to ensure their timely resolution, and proactively drive resolution of complex technical issues with internal Ops support teams</li><li>Work closely with Meta's Global Ops, Policy, Integrity, and Product cross functional teams to understand business priorities and communicate partner pain points</li></ul>

<ul><li>BA/BS degree or higher</li><li>8+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or account, partner, or project management</li><li>2+ years of work experience in customer support</li><li>Demonstrated experience in presenting technical content to general audiences</li><li>Demonstrated experience in translating data insights into business narratives in executive updates</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience in ad performance strategy</li><li>Knowledge of community building and the nonprofit space</li><li>Experience working with or in support of diverse communities</li></ul>
