What You Will Be Doing (THIS POSITION IS PARTIAL REMOTE INM THE DOVER NJ AREA)
"Responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end shopper journey through the Ecommerce store (Store and Checkout, Inventory Logistics, UX Site enhancements, Product Returns, etc.)

"Cultivate strong working relationships with Divisional Executives, Marketing leaders and Inventory Planning teams

"Effective interfacing with IT team on an ongoing basis for E-Commerce projects and their requirements (new and current upgrades)

"Collaboration on Best Practices for digital marketing channels

"Responsible for managing website Optimization strategies

"Responsible for managing and analytics strategy and KPIs (traffic, conversion, abandonment rate, ROI)

"Other Responsibilities/Duties as assigned by Management




MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

"Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university five to ten years of related experience; and or advanced degree five to eight years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

"Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magento, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with SEO Best Practices
