Part-Time Human Resources Manager

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a candidate for a Part-time Human Resources Manager position for our client in Suwanee , GA. You would be responsible for employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits enrollment, and compliance. This contract-to-hire role works in the office 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Daily Tasks:

• Address employee relations matters, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Handle payroll tasks and foster company values and recognition.
• Collaborate with management on talent planning, hiring, and staff retention.
• Organize onboarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews.
• Administer health benefits, including open enrollment and 401K.
• Collaborate with brokers to offer competitive health plans.
• Oversee employee wellness program benefits.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Advocate for a safe workplace and suggest policy enhancements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources with a strong preference for SHRM-certified applicants
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Paylocity
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in analytical problem-solving and project management.
• Familiar with employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Skilled in task prioritization and escalation as needed.
• Collaborative leader who sets an example and builds strong relationships
