Job Summary
- Assists the management team of a food service unit with overall supervision of the operation.
- Works with the management team to supervise, train, and direct all staff members in food preparation, order taking, and delivery of food products to a variety of customers.
- Ensures all university policies, unit operating standards, and procedures are communicated and maintained effectively.
- Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and procedures.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION
Required- High school diploma or GED.
PreferredWORK EXPERIENCE
Required- Experience in food operations.
SKILLS
- Proficient communication and public relations skills.
Working Conditions / DemandsAvailable to work a flexible schedule including early morning, late night, and weekend shifts. Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
