This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • The main function of the position is to support the XP operational business activities by ensuring profitable operational solutions are defined and implemented to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and document workflow environment within XP. Develop and propose process improvements in XP operations
  • Effectively interface with multiple business areas for process definition and effective process improvement
  • Act as an XP business process resource
  • Identify, create and maintain tools and templates needed to standardize and optimize processes
  • Support the XP Business Line Team with operational functions
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:
  • 8+ years Healthcare experience in order management, project management, operations/logistics
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Execute assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality
  • Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with key decision makers from multiple business areas in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Resilient attitude, coachability and demonstrated consistency in performance
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation of program and project management methodology and techniques
  • Ability to perform with only general instruction on new assignments with minimal direction
  • Experience with SAP
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8 years Healthcare experience in order management, project management, operations/logistics
  • Willing to travel up to 15%
