Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day operations of facility in Tempe, AZ. Duties vary from light accounting/bookkeeping, quality systems, purchase order input, supplier management, shipping and receiving, customer qualification process, and safety. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a well-rounded individual who is proactive and works well independently.

Excellence:

Promote the Leanteq and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by:

  • Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders
  • Manages the details: tracks customer parts, maintains supply inventory, updates the quality system
  • Ensure successful Implementation and improvement of quality and safety systems
  • Assist with customer interactions, service and related documents
  • Manage part creation, invoicing and other operational functions as needed, in support of the accounting team
  • Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions

Job Competencies & Qualifications

  • Ability to re-prioritize and balance multiple projects frequently in response to changing business demands and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively within a team and business stakeholders
  • Qualification experience in creation of policies, procedures and controls, training and audits
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Preferred: experience providing reports to senior management)
  • Ability to lead by influence and gather support and resources from outside of function
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy and work quality
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to provide risk-adjusted and practical solutions

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited university or 2 to 5 years of operations, supply chain, or finance experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve quality results
  • Effective communication skills-oral, written and presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and ERP systems
