We're hiring an Office Clerk to join our team! Pay range: $17-20/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and document filing
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting with office tasks as needed
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Providing support to colleagues and departments as required
- Managing and updating databases
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
