Description:
The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in the following counties of Arkansas:
Columbia. Craighead, Crittenden, Lonoke, Mississippi, Phillips, Pope, Sebastian, Union, White, and others!
Schedule: Extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time. Visits can be scheduled whenever you are available Mon-Sun.
Overview:
A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete yearly visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or other general follow up assessments. Each visit typically averages 60 minutes.
Requirements:
- Six months of NP experience preferred
- Active NP license in the state of Arkansas
