Location: 400 Stonebreak Road Extension, Malta, NY 12020 Position Title: MTS TD Integration Engn Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Summary of Duties: Responsible for the development and execution of plans to improve Line Yield, Capability, Defect Density, Process Control Plans, Route Simplification and Cycle Time. Develop Pareto of opportunity within scope, that includes electrical/physical capability, defects, cost and cycle time. Prioritize activities and manage projects to maximum benefit and optimal use of resources. Lead structured problem solving to understand the cause of signals, systematic defects, variability, excursions, and client returns. Drive appropriate containment and cost-effective and timely countermeasures. Technical expert for integrated process flow. Responsible for providing expert input to the MRB (Material Review Board), tech transfer teams, and the CRB (Change Review Board)processes, and client engagements as appropriate. Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree in materials science, electrical engineering, semiconductor or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as an engineer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a PhD in materials science, electrical engineering, semiconductor or related field of study and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience as an engineer or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree and 5 years of experience. Requires experience with: Semiconductor Device Physics such as understanding logics of MOSFET; Logic Semiconductor Process Flow from FEOL to BEOL; Process Integration between unit modules to enable high performance and high-yield wafers; Understanding of unit modules Lithography, Etch, Thin film process, Diffusion, Implant, CMP, Cleans; Software of JMP data analysis.
