We are helping a collaborative company recruit a full-time Marketing Designer in Seattle, and the role comes with an attractive pay rate for your expertise.

The Marketing Designer will apply solid design principles and impeccable aesthetic choices across a range of digital applications. You can expect to have a high degree of ownership and proactively identify strategic and creative opportunities.

To give you an idea of how this Marketing Designer role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Partner with the Marketing Copywriter to create compelling marketing content aligned to the brand and relevant to customers while optimizing to increase conversion rate
• Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Product Designers to develop testing plans and concepts that stand out from competitors and clearly deliver unique and differentiated customer benefits
• Work within a cross-team squad, pushing the brand aesthetic forward through expert use of color, typography, photography, iconography, animation, and design best practices
• Clearly articulate your design perspectives, creative vision, and decisions to cross-divisional stakeholders and senior leaders

We are looking for a Marketing Designer applicant with formal design education, a fundamental understanding of color theory, type, and layout, and 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role. You will also need:

• A portfolio that shows mastery of digital design principles
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
• A sensitivity for and desire to understand different cultures and trends, and a love of art, design, and branding
• Language skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
