Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Manager of Utilization Management for our client, a large managed care company in the nation. This role will be REMOTE, candidates should live in the Pacific time zone.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Manages processes related to potential quality issues and grievances.
- Provides supervision and technical guidance to the clinics' RN Managers (subcontracted staff) on clinical matters.
- Monitors and manages the medical records documentation, i.e., clinical reminders.
- Oversees the performance improvement program including preparation of contractually required reports.
- Trains staff on clinically related operational policies and procedures.
- BSN or higher required
- Active Registered Nursing license
- 5+ years of Utilization Management experience in managed care
