ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides oversight of all C&W Services Maintenance and Custodial operations
• Oversees major repairs and renovations of mechanical systems
• Oversees plant maintenance, operations activities and building renovations
• Presides at weekly scheduling meetings and reconciles the maintenance requirements of individual areas so facility maintenance needs are met
• Ensures all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost effective manner according to the applicable codes
• Ensures all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state and local laws
• Assists in reviewing and engineering, with the customer representative(s), any plans or specifications for additional maintenance, construction and renovations
• Deliver facility and operations products and services at a high level.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Develop and maintain department emergency response procedures.
• Execution of site wide preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee and operate site CMMS and EMS controls
• Develop, deploy and manage site Key Performance Indicators.
• Generate monthly productivity report for customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer proficient, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service, managerial, communication, and technical skills
• Working hours are not confined to weekdays, may also include evenings and weekends as well as on-call for emergency situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Experience managing a facility with a building automation system
• Ability to effectively communicate to customer and subordinates
• Ability to develop and manage the facility operation's budget
• Must be able to work with co-workers in a professional and non-confrontational manner
